Antivirus policy-

We make every effort to ensure that files sent to our clients via e-mail or disks are virus-free.  But, we cannot guarantee it.  We run the latest version of
McAfee antivirus software at all times.  McAfee is used by over thirty million people and eighty percent of Fortune 1000 companies.  According to
McAfee, VirusScan technology has been shown in lab tests to detect virtually every virus.  These include boot, file, multiparty, stealth, mutating,
encrypted, and polymorphic viruses.  Since new viruses crop up all the time, we routinely upgrade our VirusScan program by downloading the latest
versions from McAfee.  We recommend that clients running VirusScan do likewise.  Even running the latest antivirus software cannot guarantee a
virus-free file with absolute certainty, because of the new viruses being launched constantly.  Clients should run the most recent version of whatever
antivirus software they use.  If you open a file we sent you via e-mail and it contains a virus that does not mean it had a virus when we sent it from our
end: Files via the Internet can pick up viruses in transit.  The only 100 percent foolproof protection against receiving a virus is to request that documents
be faxed or mailed instead of e-mailed.  You can not pick up a virus from a hard copy.  If you have any problems with a virus in a file you think we sent
you, please notify us immediately:
webmaster@TraeGray.com and call Trae direct at 405-596-6328.  If you are having a virus problem in general, we
can refer you to computer consultants in our network that will help you.
