forage management solutions. I work closely with two other agriculturalists to
provide a turnkey solution for Bermudagrass sprigging. The producers I work with
on Bermudagrass projects are Lawerence Black and Thomas Cox. Lawerence
provides the sprigs. He has established Bermudagrass for the Noble Foundation
and Oklahoma State University. Furthermore, he sells roots on an interstate level,
delivering roots as far away as North Carolina. Thomas has done all of the actual
sprigging on every job I have worked on over the past couple of years. He has the
equipment and drive to get the job done the way it needs to be. Sprigging is about
timing. Our team approach to sprigging allows us to be equipped to get in and get
the work done when the timing is right.
We spray weeds in the spring. We also apply anhydrous gas to established
bermudagrass in the spring and to winter annuals in the fall. Finally, we aerate
established bermudagrass with an Aerway, bale hay, and plant winter annuals
(clean-till or no-till).
Below I have two reference letters from local producers. I also have a price list to
provide potential customers a general idea on what we charge. It is important to
remember that every job is different in terrain and size. Therefore, these prices
should only serve as a guideline. We will provide a final quote for each job before
